This information is for patients of all general practitioners in The Hague, Rijswijk, Leidschendam-Voorburg and Wassenaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to do in case of an urgent matter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">During the day on workdays<\/span><br>Call your own GP (dial 1 for emergency). Don\u2019t have a GP yet? Contact your health insurance company instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Evening\/night\/weekend\/national holidays<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Call the emergency GP office (huisartsenspoedpost). You\u2019ll get to talk to a well-trained and experienced triagist. Call <a href=\"tel:0703469669\">070 346 96 69<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Life threatening situation? Always call 112.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The right care for you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you contact our emergency GP office, our triagist will provide you with suitable information for your situation. Depending on your situation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You\u2019ll immediately receive medical advice by phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll make an appointment to visit the emergency GP office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A doctor will visit you at home (in case visiting the emergency GP office is medically irresponsible).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What information should you have at hand when calling?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your citizen service number (BSN)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The name of your GP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of your complaint(s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your medical history (major disorders\/illnesses\/allergies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your use of medication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of identity (Visiting the care centre?
