Rates

Every contact with the emergency GP post costs money. A telephone consultation also costs money. The basic health insurance covers the costs of the GP and contact with the GP emergency post. It does not count towards your deductible.

If you have a valid European health insurance card, Hadoks can submit the expenses for your health costs directly to your insurance company. Send a copy of your European health insurance card within 7 days after after treatment. Read this flyer voor more information.

Are you not insured or unable to provide identification? Then you must pay for the consultation directly when visiting the GP emergency post. You can only pay by card, and this must be done before the appointment. Afterwards, you will receive a payment receipt, which you can submit to your health insurer yourself.

These rates are set every year by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
